“For the price you get a clean room with a/c, mini fridge, microwave, tv of course, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and NO coffee maker. I noticed they had big fans in the hallways. Not sure they have a/c in hallways. All rooms are reached from inside. They do have an elevator! I was a little concerned that one of the outer doors, accessible by keycard, was left cracked open.”

“This hotel is maintained very well. Parking was adequate and close in to the hotel. Only drawbacks were the hand railing was loose, only the stairway leading to the first floor. Staff could explain or provide instruction sheet on the TV setup, I figured it out but it would be helpful for others. The room was clean and perhaps a mat near the doorway/entrance could be helpful to minimize debris accumulation from in and out traffic.Good coffee and continental breakfast offering.”

“I visit Ruidoso several times per year. This location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. This hotel is always clean and the employees are very friendly.”

“The place can be the best experience you can have if you put a little more care in the maintenance of the place and the cleanliness, that was horrible i had to go to waltmart for some cleaning wipes and sheets to sleep the sofa supposed to be white it was super dirty the thing that i did love was the location”

“The room was really nice. Only things that might need updating is the washer and dryer i had to do 3 cycles on the dryer ended up air drying clothes outside. They both didnt work as efficiently, and were super loud and shaky. Also the master bed need to be changed, the bed was thing and lopsided. Other than that, would definitely stay again.”

“I picked this place specifically for breakfast and it was available. The owner shut the light off an hour after it was never set up. He didn't even bother with some yogurt and fruit. He just closed the breakfast and went back to bed.”
